The client can call in for a consult during which they get to explain their symptoms to the doctor. The doctor will ask the relevant questions and will begin to buildup patient history. If necessary the doctor will prescribe medication that can then be delivered to the client.
This Medical Call Center sets ValentisCare apart from the market, typically doctors even on a face to face consultation will make initial diagnosis from what they hear from the client and this is what happens on a voice call. Should the doctor sense that the client needs a face-to-face examination they will ask them to come into the practice.
